This is the Blog of Miles & Tracey Goff recording their Summer 2008 Tandem tour from North Cape in Norway to Gavdos in Greece. A route of approximately 4000 miles from the most Northerly to the most Southerly points of Europe. Comments appreciated especially those that help spur us on in times of extremis!

- We've been madly tandeming for over 10 years now having bought our first machine; Disharmony I in 1997. Despite this we've managed to stay married for 20 years this year and, as part of our celebrations, looked for another tandem related 'significant challenge'. Hence the Euro end to end was born.

Loving the blog and pictures now - here's an email wolf whistle for the legs - whit whoooooooooo. Well this will be my 3rd attempt at working out how to add a comment to your blog - hence sending it via anonymous - doh! Good to hear everything is going well and that you've made it to Helsinki and some well earned rest days (and more CAKE!) Log cabins look comfy, well compared to a tent and the hat with netting is a fetching little number.
My cycle tour is going well. I've reached 16 miles in 16 days so not bad although got utterly soaked last Weds - so yes I'm even cycling in the wet - you impressed? Must be getting serious though as now looking at panniers (of the Knog variety) for my trusty steed - fed up of looking like a Ninja Turtle with my green backpack!
Oh well works BBQ on Thursday so better get on and print the drinks vouchers.
